Giving From the Heart Foundation partners with trusted local organizations that provide counseling, youth services and critical support to help individuals and families navigate challenges, find stability and build stronger futures.
Sometimes the most important thing we can give someone is the support to find their way forward.
Giving From the Heart Foundation supports Valley Family Center in expanding access to professional counseling and mental health services for individuals and families who might otherwise be unable to afford them.
GFTHF helps support Emotional Skills Therapy Groups designed to help young children develop emotional resilience, recognize and express their feelings, and build healthy coping skills through age-appropriate group activities.
GFTHF also supports Valley Family Center’s Annual Christmas Program, helping bring joy, resources and holiday support to local children and families.
Through our partnership with North Valley Caring Services, GFTHF supports programs that provide children and youth with guidance, resources, mentorship and a safe community in which to grow.
These workshops are designed to empower young people to express themselves, strengthen their confidence and build self-esteem.
